We know many of you are anxiously awaiting an update on your order(s). Here's the reality - the entire industry is backlogged. Manufacturers are legit saying "no more updates this year". That's a GOOD thing. Think about it....do you want them in the shop building your order....or on the phone talking about it? Nastygrams to us (or them) will not resolve the unprecedented delays any faster, in fact, it just makes the recovery process slower and more difficult on everyone involved. We 100% understand that this is frustrating! We will continue to post updates as we receive them via these monthly emails. Unfortunately, we are not able to provide individual order updates so please stay tuned to our emails, blog and social media posts. Once 50% (or more) of your order has arrived, we will contact you to see if you'd like to split ship or wait for all items prior to shipping.
LMT is shipping orders, however they are still experiencing significant delays.
LMT is NOT providing updates on any open/delayed orders for the remainder of 2021! Please do not email asking for individual order updates as we intend to keep everyone updated as we receive new information to share.
If you are someone who received your backlogged LMT order, or received an order earlier than expected - congratulations! We are stoked that the needle is starting to move on LMT's fulfillment.

LMT is not providing updates beyond their last official release. We can not provide any other information than we have diligently released.
You will be notified that your order has been shipped when you receive a UPS tracking email.
In order to reduce the stress on our customers regarding delays, we have preemptively moved most allocation dates out to either late Q2 or early Q3.
All “Special Order” items will be submitted to LMT once they re-open the ordering window for 2021. If you place a “Special Order” you will receive an estimated shipping date once your order is processed by LMT. We do not have an estimate for when the ordering window will reopen.
Regarding “Allocated” & "Special Order" dates, there still seems to be some confusion. The dates provided are the estimated production/shipping dates provided to us by LMT. These dates are subject to change by LMT (we have no control or influence on date changes nor delays) . Cancellations made in response to delays and date changes are subject to cancelation fees.
